PS5 games with the full game on the disc

Physical doesn't always mean complete. Some PS5 discs ship with only part of the game and need a big download to play. These 41 PS5 games were tested and the entire game runs from the disc with no download required. That's what you want to own before new discs stop shipping in January 2028.

Test results come from DoesItPlay?, which checks each disc on a console with no internet. Every game links to its source. Last updated 2026-10-24. This is a list of tested discs, not a review ranking.
